We at Cellular International find it helpful to our customers to provide certain information relevant to their travel or selection of International phone companies or International calling services. The reason for this information is to help a customer locate the international phone company that may serve their cellular needs while in the country they are visiting or residing. When doing so, a customer can call to review the services first hand from the phone company itself, and may gain certain accurate information that ‘street vendors’ may not provide. Also, a customer can review pricing and options that would compliment the use of our services before they purchase.
Since Cellular International services work on any phone in any country, it is not important to us what phone you chose. The only requirements come into play when using certain products we offer. Such as TextCall. To use this service you would need a phone with international text message capability, as well as a phone that is native to, or adapted to, a local carrier to avoid roaming. Using our WebCall feature, a customer would need web browsing capability on their cellphone if they chose to use a cellphone to make the call.
The following list below of international phone companies that offer international calling services within their respective countries are as follows. We have arranged these companies by country in alphabetical order. We have also added the company name ‘acronym’ in case it is relevant as well. When finding the international phone company you are looking for below, contact information within that country for there number. They are usually toll free, and many have international toll free numbers which you can call from the US or other countries before you visit them. Inquire about their cellphone services while in their country. Make sure NOT to buy a plan with international calling attached. This is not so you will use us exclusively, but because sometimes they block the use of other methods and force you to buy their services. Please do inquire, incase they do have a lower rate than we do, but do it by asking if they you can call a certain country and how much. If they start into a whole speech, tell them you only wanted to make one or two calls, not big deal. You will get the price without signaling the whole product. If on the other hand the price is better than ours, we have helped you find it.
