Our mission is to provide low cost worldwide cellular calling in all countries and cities.
If we cannot provide that service to your complete satisfaction, a full refund of the unused balance of the account will
be issued back to the credit card in that customers file.
Further, if any calls not are up to the quality promised, they will also be refunded as well.
For that credit to be issued, a customer must have given our customer support department a documented call or email as to the problem,
and given our repair department a normal and customary time to restore service.
If at any time a customer chooses to end this service, for whatever reason, a refund for the unused balance in the account
will be posted, in full, to the credit card holder on file in that account.
If a rate found posted on our site does not match the rate charged on a customers bill, a full credit of the overcharge will
be posted to that customer's bill, or credit card, whichever the customer prefers.
This guarantee letter may also be used by a customer, for a trial purchase, to test our facilities and calls before continuing service.
If an authorized representative of Cellular International presents this letter to a customer, this letter will be honored as a written agreement,
to the content stated above, by Cellular International.
We offer this guarantee to our customers in the faith that they will find our service to be the quality, convenience, and low cost we promise.
